Amid the Corona crisis, Indian Railways has announced the launch of some passenger trains from May 12. However, all these trains will run from New Delhi and will have AC coaches. It is natural to ask who will be able to travel on these trains and what will be the conditions? Whatever the conditions, they will get a ticket.
The wheels of the railways were stopped for so many days for the first time in the country amid fears of Corona. Railway service in the country was suspended for more than 2 months. And now, for the first time since Corona, the wheels of the railway will be running. At present, the railway department has ordered to start only 15 special trains.

As per the order of the Ministry of Railways, 15 trains will be started. For now, a train from Ahmedabad to Delhi as well as a train from Delhi to Ahmedabad will be started. But tickets will not be available on the platform in the same way as social distance and on the platform. Tickets must be booked online. So the platform and trains will be sanitized before the train wheels start running again.

However, the ticket counter will not be opened anywhere. All passengers will be screened before the trip and will be required to wear a mask. If any person shows any symptoms of corona they will not be allowed to travel. The stoppage of these trains will also be very limited.

As per the plans of Indian Railways, trains will start operating gradually from May 12. At present all these 15 trains will be special trains which will run from New Delhi to different parts of the country. These workers will be separated from special trains and will have neither general class nor sleeper only AC coaches.

In the meantime, special trains will run from New Delhi to Dibrugarh, Agartala, Howrah, Patna, Bilaspur, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Sikandrabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Thiruvananthapuram, Madgaon, Mumbai Central, Ahmedabad and Jammu Tawi. Following these trains, the railways will also run special trains on some other routes. However, this will depend on the availability of coaches as currently 20000 coaches are reserved in the form of Covid-19 Care Center. So there are enough coaches in reserve to run 300 special trains per day.
Thus the government has also decided to run special trains for all people now after running labor trains and has taken a step in the direction of trying to gradually bring public life to a halt.
