In Lockdown 4, the central government has given most of the power to the state government for concessions. At that time, CM Rupani has announced to give some concessions with conditions in Gujarat. However, some concessions will be given outside the containment zone in which industries will be started outside the containment area.
ST and city buses will be started outside the containment area. Scooter and rickshaw drivers will be exempted. A curfew will be strictly enforced in the state. A curfew will have to be observed from 7 pm to 7 am. Those who spit in public will be fined Rs 200. Home delivery of food will be started. However, in the midst of all this, people will have to follow the social distance.
