The meteorological department has predicted that the intensity of this wind will increase to a speed of 250 km per hour. Cyclone Mocha has also affected West Bengal, Odisha and Andhra Pradesh in India.

Cyclone Mocha developed into a severe cyclonic storm over the Bay of Bengal on Saturday night. The storm is threatening to cause food shortages in the world’s largest Rohingya refugee camp.
